Payment & delivery

Were you the highest bidder when the auction closed? Congratulations! You can pay the amount due with iDeal or by bank transfer at 'My orders'. Please note that auction costs of € 9,50 apply to each artwork you buy.

Your payment must be credited within five days of receipt of the invoice.

You can choose to pick up your artwork in Nijmegen at the appointed times or you can have your artwork shipped to an address within the Netherlands (except to Waddeneilanden and Zeeuws-Vlaanderen). The shipping costs are € 49,50 for the first artwork that is shipped to your address and € 14,50 for any further artworks sent to the same address. 

If the shipping costs for an artwork are higher than € 49,50 (due to its size), then this is indicated in the artwork's description.

Issue of artworks

Shipping of artworks starts from 15 december. Due to the high number of artworks shipped, delivery can take up to two weeks.

Picking up your artwork is possible on:

• Wednesday 17 december between 13:00 and 16:00
• Saturday 20 december between 11:00 and 13:00

After these dates, picking up is only possible on wednesdays between 13:00 and 16:00. You don't need to make an appointment.

Payment on site is not possible, you must pay Veilet in advance. The artwork will be handed over to you on presentation of your proof of payment, which you can show on your device or in print.
